- I visited Saxy to have my hair styled for an evening dinner engagement. While I truly appreciated the final result and its endurance throughout the night—maintaining its appeal from my 1 PM appointment well into my 7 PM dinner—I rated the experience with 4 stars instead of 5 due to the higher cost of the services rendered. The session involved applying heat protectant spray, gentle teasing, curling, and finishing
1. This all cost me $38 including the tip, not ridiculous but it ended up looking like something I could’ve done at home. Again I was happy with it I just didn’t think it was worth that much money
2. I was pushed to buy their products. I ended up purchasing the heat protectant because I needed a new one and again, I like it, but it is not worth the almost $30 price tag. And I did feel pressured into the purchase.
Overall, I liked Saxy and I would consider going back, but I’m not rushing to make an appointment.

- Morgan performed exceptionally well in coloring my hair! It was my initial visit to this salon, and the entire staff conducted themselves with utmost professionalism. While I was indecisive about the hairstyle direction, the stylist efficiently presented and explained various options. Undoubtedly, hair treatments here come at a cost, but if you’re looking to invest in your hair, this is the place to do it.
